Dr. Suzan Wasik is a learning and leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience in counseling, coaching, and consulting in academic, clinical, and corporate environments.

 

A Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and accomplished professor, she  works with a wide variety of professionals, organizations, students, and clients to help bring out the very best in people and teams through executive coaching, counseling, consulting, facilitation, and educational programming.

As an international speaker and trainer, Dr. Wasik translates and delivers current research in counseling, psychology, and human development into practical applications for leaders and learners. She is well versed in the use of personality assessments, research-based interventions, online course development, L&D, facilitation, change management, and executive coaching. Her research and practice interests are around combining principles of positive psychology, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and integrative coaching in clinical, educational, and workplace environments.
