Dr. Suzan Wasik is a learning and leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience in counseling, coaching and developing clients in academic, clinical, and corporate settings. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and accomplished professor, she specializes in counseling and development and works with a wide variety of professionals, organizations, students, and clients to help bring out the very best in people and teams through executive coaching, consulting, leadership development, educational programming, facilitation, and change management.

As an international speaker and trainer, Dr. Wasik translates and delivers current research in counseling, psychology, and human development into practical applications for leaders and learners. She is well versed in the use of personality assessments, research-based interventions, training, online course development, L&D, facilitation, change management and executive and agile coaching. Her research and practice interests are around combining principles of positive psychology, EQ, mindfulness, and integrative coaching in personal and workplace settings.
